Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Management:
Drive store sales targets through effective planning, promotional execution, and team motivation. Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, average bill value, and customer footfall.
Team Leadership & Development:
Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to deliver exceptional service. Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, performance evaluations, and motivation.
Customer Experience Excellence:
Ensure superior in-store experience by maintaining high service standards, handling customer inquiries/complaints, and building long-term customer relationships.
Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards:
Implement and maintain La Vivente’s visual merchandising guidelines to enhance product presentation and maximize sales opportunities.
Inventory & Stock Control:
Manage stock levels efficiently, coordinate replenishment, conduct stock audits, and minimize shrinkage or losses.
Operational Management:
Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, compliance with company policies, and health & safety standards.
Marketing & Promotions Execution:
Execute in-store promotions, bank card offers, and seasonal campaigns to attract customers and boost sales.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare regular sales reports, analyze performance trends, and provide insights to senior management for strategic decisions.
