💼 POSITION: Area Coach – Operations
💠 Key Responsibilities:
【~】✪ Oversee and manage multiple outlet operations to ensure consistency and efficiency
【~】✪ Coach, train, and develop Outlet Managers and team members
【~】✪ Monitor sales performance and drive strategies to achieve targets across all outlets
【~】✪ Ensure brand standards, quality, hygiene, and service excellence are maintained
【~】✪ Conduct regular outlet visits, audits, and performance evaluations
【~】✪ Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development initiatives
【~】✪ Analyze reports and coordinate with Head Office for operational improvements
【~】✪ Implement company policies and ensure compliance across all locations
💠 Requirements:
【~】✪ Minimum 2–4 years of experience in F&B / QSR operations (multi-outlet experience preferred)
【~】✪ Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
【~】✪ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
【~】✪ Ability to manage multiple locations and work under pressure
【~】✪ Qualification in Hospitality / Business Management is an advantage
