PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

(TECHNICAL & QUALITY FOCUSED) – APPAREL/GARMENT MANUFACTURING

We are looking for an Experienced and Technically Skilled Production Supervisor with a strong background in garment construction, production planning, line management, and quality control to join our apparel manufacturing team.

We require prior working experience in handling modular sewing lines managing multiple styles at the same time, aprx 100 units per style Men’s and Women’s Wear, not mass production.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Ability to plan production layouts and ensure effective line feeding for Men’s and Women’s Wear Fashion Garments.

2.Supervise daily production operations and ensure production targets are achieved efficiently.

3.Monitor Quality and ensure compliance with customer Specifications and Workmanship standards.

4.Provide technical insight to the production teams to resolve garment construction and sewing-related issues.

5.Drive productivity improvements while maintaining zero defects and minimizing rejections.

6.Coordinate with Technical, Quality, Pattern, and Merchandising teams to ensure smooth production flow.

7.Conduct in-line inspections and implement immediate corrective actions.

8.Train and guide machine operators on proactiveness, correct sewing methods, quality requirements, and best practices.

9.Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with company procedures.

10.Maintain good punctuality, attendance, and discipline while setting a positive example for the production team.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Apparel Production Supervisor, with prior working experience in handling modular sewing lines managing multiple styles at the same time, aprx 100 units per style Men’s and Women’s Wear, not mass production.

Hands-on experience in woven and knitted garments, including Men’s and Women’s Wear Fashion Garments.

Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, sewing operations, fabrics, production methods, and quality standards.

Proven ability to identify and solve production and quality-related concerns.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Experience in handling both sample developments and bulk production is an added advantage.

අපගේ ඇඟලුම් නිෂ්පාදන කණ්ඩායමට එක්වීම සඳහා ඇඟලුම් නිර්මාණය, නිෂ්පාදන සැලසුම්කරණය, ලයින් කළමනාකරණය සහ තත්ත්ව පාලනය පිළිබඳ ශක්තිමත් දැනුමක් සහිත පළපුරුදු හා තාක්ෂණික දක්ෂතාවයෙන් යුත් නිෂ්පාදන සුපරීක්ෂකවරයෙකු/වරියක අප සොයමින් සිටිමු.

එකම අවස්ථාවේදී විවිධ ස්ටයිල් කිහිපයක් (එක් ස්ටයිල් එකකට ආසන්න වශයෙන් කෑලි 100 බැගින්) කළමනාකරණය කරන Modular Sewing Lines පිළිබඳ ප්‍රායෝගික අත්දැකීම් තිබිය යුතුය. මෙය මහා පරිමාණ නිෂ්පාදනයක් නොව පිරිමි හා කාන්තා විලාසිතා ඇඳුම් නිෂ්පාදනයකට අදාළ වේ.

ප්‍රධාන වගකීම්

1. පිරිමි හා කාන්තා විලාසිතා ඇඟලුම් සඳහා නිෂ්පාදන සැලසුම් සහ ලයින් පෝෂණ ක්‍රමවේද සකස් කිරීම.

2. දෛනික නිෂ්පාදන කටයුතු අධීක්ෂණය කර නිෂ්පාදන ඉලක්ක කාර්යක්ෂමව ළඟා කර ගැනීම.

3. පාරිභෝගික පිරිවිතර හා නිමාවේ ප්‍රමිතීන්ට අනුකූල තත්ත්වය පවත්වාගෙන යාම.

4. ඇඟලුම් නිර්මාණය හා මැහුම් සම්බන්ධ ගැටලු විසඳීමට තාක්ෂණික උපදෙස් ලබා දීම.

5. දෝෂ රහිත නිෂ්පාදනයක් සහ අවම ප්‍රතික්ෂේප කිරීම් සහිතව ඵලදායිතාව වැඩි දියුණු කිරීම.

6. තාක්ෂණික, තත්ත්ව, පැටර්න් සහ මර්චන්ඩයිසින් කණ්ඩායම් සමඟ සම්බන්ධීකරණය කිරීම.

7. නිෂ්පාදන අතරතුර පරීක්ෂණ සිදු කර අවශ්‍ය නිවැරදි කිරීමේ ක්‍රියාමාර්ග වහාම ගැනීම.

8. යන්ත්‍ර ක්‍රියාකරුවන්ට නිවැරදි මැහුම් ක්‍රම, තත්ත්ව අවශ්‍යතා හා හොඳම ක්‍රියාමාර්ග පිළිබඳ පුහුණුව ලබා දීම.

9. නිෂ්පාදන වාර්තා නිවැරදිව පවත්වාගෙන යාම.

10. වේලාවට පැමිණීම, පැමිණීමේ වාර්තා සහ විනය පවත්වාගෙන යමින් කණ්ඩායමට හොඳ ආදර්ශයක් වීම.
