**Position:** Service Crew Member – Specializing in Drink Creation, Food, and Coffee Making
**Location:** Bandaranaike International Airport
**Preferred Candidates:** From the Katunayake and surrounding areas
**Key Responsibilities:**
Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and other drinks
Assist in the preparation of food items in accordance with outlet standards
Deliver exceptional customer service to travelers from diverse backgrounds
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
Handle cashiering and ensure accurate billing
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
**Requirements:**
Previous experience in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on drink and coffee making
Barista experience is a strong advantage
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Residing in Katunayake or nearby areas is preferred for ease of commute
