We are developing a 100,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art greenhouse farm in Kurunegala and are looking for a young, energetic, and committed individual to join us from the ground up and grow with the company.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting agribusiness startup and play a key role in shaping its future.
Key Responsibilities
• Support day-to-day crop management activities
• Assist in fertigation and monitor EC & pH levels
• Conduct pest and disease scouting and support control programs
• Collect and record plant growth, yield, and environmental data
• Maintain accurate daily field and greenhouse records
• Support activities such as planting, pruning, training, and other crop care operations
🎓 Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Agriculture
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Awareness of industry trends, agricultural technologies, and developments
• Strong interest in applied research and field-based agricultural work
