[ALL ROUNDER - Main Responsibilities:
1. Operate and maintain farm machinery,
2. Especially tillage machines and JCB machines. Supervise and coordinate farm staff.
3. Assist in all aspects of daily farm operations (planting, harvesting.
4. Animal care and maintenance tasks).
5. Lead farm operations and ensure they are carried out in an efficient manner.
6.Ensure that safety protocols and best farm
practices are followed.
7.Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
Required Qualifications:
1. Driver's license and experience.
2.Experience in agriculture or farm work.
3.Interest and ability to learn various farm tasks.
4.Ability to work responsibly.
5.Ability to work as a team.
Benefits and Perks:
Salary starts from 45,000/= to 55,000/= per month
After 3 months, an additional salary of 10000.00 rupees will be paid according to the quality of work
