Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor employee working hours and maintain attendance records.
• Prepare and manage daily production and stock reports.
• Handle data entry, documentation, and record keeping.
• Verify M.R.N., G.R.N., and order documentation.
• Conduct Q.C. checks and coordinate deliveries.
• Support production planning.
Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: G.C.E. A/L
• Minimum 06 months’ experience in factory administration or a similar role (preferred).
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
