Position: Administrative Executive
Job Purpose
To provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Admin Assistant will handle daily office tasks, support staff, maintain records, and assist in smooth communication within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage office correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls).
• Maintain and organize office filing systems (physical and digital).
• Prepare documents, reports, and data base
• Handle Petty Cash
• Monitor and manage office supplies & stationeries
• Handle Suppliers and Purchasing
• Handle Account Receivables and Account Payables
• Manage technical calls and prepare job call sheet and assign to relevant person
• Manage PO’s, prepare deliveries and assign to relevant person
• Take physical inventory count every week
• Sending reports to manager and boss daily basis
• Sales lead generation
• Handling website and social media pages
• Follow up Inquiries, Quotations, Warranty Jobs, and third-party Deliveries
• Conduct customer satisfaction call at the end of each month
