Administrative Assistant with CRM Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role combines traditional administrative tasks with responsibilities for managing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth office operations and maintaining the integrity and functionality of our CRM system to enhance client relations and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
**Administrative Duties:**
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors for procurement.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including calls, emails, and mail.
CRM Management:
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate and up-to-date client and prospect information.
- Generate reports and analyze data from the CRM to support decision-making and business development efforts.
- Train team members on CRM usage and best practices, ensuring efficient adoption and utilization.
- Troubleshoot CRM issues and coordinate with technical support for resolution.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
General Support:
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including setting up accounts in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows and improve processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal team members.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
