💼 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 : Accounts Executive – Costing & Planning

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

【~】✪ Part qualification in CA / ACCA / CIMA or Degree in Accounting / Finance

【~】✪ Minimum 2–3 years experience in costing or retail accounting (supermarket experience preferred)

【~】✪ Strong knowledge of inventory costing and ERP systems

【~】✪ Excellent analytical and MS Excel skills

【~】✪ Good communication and reporting skills

【~】✪ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

【~】✪ Detail-oriented and analytical finance professional

【~】✪ Part-qualified accountant (CA/ACCA/CIMA) or accounting/finance graduate

【~】✪ Experienced in retail costing, preferably in supermarket, electronics, or furniture sectors

【~】✪ Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel

【~】✪ Self-motivated with strong reporting and communication skills

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :

【~】✪ Prepare and analyze product costing for supermarket, electronic, and furniture items

【~】✪ Monitor stock costing, landed cost calculations, and supplier price variations

【~】✪ Prepare monthly management reports, cost variance analysis, and profitability reports

【~】✪ Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

【~】✪ Monitor inventory movements and coordinate with stores & warehouse teams

【~】✪ Analyze gross profit margins and recommend cost control measures

【~】✪ Prepare sales performance reports and expense analysis

【~】✪ Support management in pricing decisions and promotional planning

【~】✪ Ensure accurate accounting entries related to inventory and cost of goods sold

【~】✪ Assist in stock audits and physical inventory verification
