Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or
full/Part professional/academic
qualifications in Accountancy. (CA, CIMA, ACCA)related field.
Proven 3, 4 years’ experience as an AssistantAccountant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel andaccounting software (Quick Book).
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizationalskills.
Good understanding of accounting principles andregulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Age between 30-45 years
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of financial statements andreports.
Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts, ensuringaccuracy and completeness.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivablefunctions.
Process invoices and expense forms.
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information is accurate and immediately available
whenneeded.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Handle general administrative tasks such as filing,answering phones, and responding to emails.
Assist with payroll preparation and administration.
Help with financial audits and compliance activities.
