Accounts Executive

About the Role

Pepper St. is one of Sri Lanka’s fastest-growing brands, with multiple retail stores and a rapidly expanding online presence.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Accounts Executive to join our finance team and support the next phase of our growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations across retail and e-commerce

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation

• Prepare monthly financial statements and internal management reports

• Handle accounts payable, receivable, and supplier reconciliations

• Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and daily collections

🔹 Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting / Finance (ACCA, CA, CIMA –part qualified or equivalent)

• Minimum 1-2 year experience, preferably in retail or a fast-paced business

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Proficiency in accounting softwares and Microsoft Excel

• High attention to detail with strong analytical thinking

• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and meet deadlines
