We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant ( female only ) to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting the management team with administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and book keeping, including filing, scheduling, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Liaise with other departments and provide administrative support as required.
Qualifications:
- Should have HNDA or Equlivant Qualifications
- Entry level position designed for individuals without prior work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala languages must be preferable.
