Work From Home – Part-Time Accounting Assistant (20 hrs/week)
Company: Australian-based overseas business (owned by a Sri Lankan national)
Location: Work from home (remote)
We are seeking a part-time team member to join our Australia-based company, managed by a Sri Lankan national.
This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible work hours and the opportunity to gain international exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with data entry, invoicing, and financial record keeping
Support bookkeeping and accounting functions
Reconcile transactions and maintain accurate records
Communicate with our Australian management team via email and online meetings
Requirements:
Must have your own laptop/computer and a reliable internet connection
Prior experience using Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge is highly advantageous
Strong written communication skills in English
Ability to work independently with attention to detail
Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Location: Remote (work from your home)
