1. Daily Bookkeeping & Ledger Maintenance
Entering accounts payable (vendor invoices) and accounts receivable (customer billing).
Reconciling bank statements with internal accounting records.
Maintaining up-to-date ledger accounts and processing credit notes.
2. Invoicing & Billing
Preparing, issuing, and sending invoices to clients and customers.
Following up on overdue payments and assisting with debt collection.
Verifying vendor bills against purchase orders and receipts.
3. Payroll Support
Assisting with the processing of monthly payroll, timecards, and attendance logs.
Calculating overtime, allowances, tax deductions, and statutory contributions (e.g., EPF/ETF).
4. Financial Reporting & Administrative Support
Assisting accountants in preparing monthly trial balances, balance sheets, and profit/loss statements.
