The Ceylon Spice House Holdings Pvt Ltd is a leading spice manufacturing company in Sri Lanka, specializing in premium-quality spices sourced directly from the island’s rich heritage. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant Assistant to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Invoicing: Prepare and issue invoices to clients and customers accurately and timely.
• Receivables Management: Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring that payments are received and recorded.
• Payables Management: Assist with processing supplier payments, including verifying invoices and managing due dates.
• Day-to-day Operations: Provide support to the accounting department with day-to-day administrative and financial tasks.
• Reconciliation: Assist with bank reconciliations and general ledger entries to ensure financial accuracy.
• Reports: Prepare basic financial reports as required by the management team.
Requirements:
• Female candidates only (as per company policy)
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or similar roles.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and processes.
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency required).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
