Job Summary
The Finance & Admin Executive is responsible for overseeing financial transactions, administrative functions, and operational support within the company. This role includes maintaining financial records, processing payments, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Finance & Admin Executive supports the smooth functioning of the organization through effective financial management and administrative coordination.
Responsibilities
Financial Management:
Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly financial reports.
Monitor budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-efficiency.
Assist in preparing financial statements and audit documentation.
Administrative Support:
Manage office supplies, maintenance, and procurement.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and attendance logs.
Organize and oversee office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and manage correspondence.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reviews.
Support HR-related administrative tasks such as recruitment assistance and training coordination.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and submit regular financial and administrative reports to management.
Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and administration roles.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills in Sinhala and English.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
