Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account & HR Assistant to join our team at Vivasa Lanka Pvt Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle VAT and SSCL related matters
Manage import documentation and coordination
Assist in HR-related tasks (attendance, staff coordination, basic administration)
Perform daily accounting tasks and data entry
Maintain financial records and documentation
Handle invoicing, payments, and basic bookkeeping
Requirements:
Female candidates preferred
Basic knowledge of accounting and MS Excel
Knowledge or experience in VAT, SSCL, imports, or HR will be an added advantage
Good organizational and communication skills
Prior experience is an advantage (but not mandatory)
