💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering, Fitting, Millwright, Welding, or a related technical field.
Minimum 2 years of industrial experience as a Fitter, Welder/Fitter, Millwright, or in a similar maintenance role.
Experience in maintenance and repair of industrial plant machinery is preferred.
Good knowledge of mechanical maintenance practices and fitting techniques.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical equipment faults.
Basic welding, fabrication, and machining knowledge will be an added advantage.
Strong commitment to industrial safety and safe work practices.
Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to breakdown situations.

Technically qualified and experienced in mechanical fitting and welding.

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to preventive maintenance.

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of plant machinery and equipment.
Attend machine breakdowns promptly and carry out corrective actions to minimize production downtime.
Execute running repairs and maintenance activities while ensuring safe plant operation.
Complete and update daily maintenance checklists, inspection records, and maintenance reports.
Identify potential mechanical issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Carry out fitting, alignment, assembly, and replacement of mechanical components as required.
Support shutdown maintenance and equipment overhauls when necessary.
Ensure proper housekeeping of maintenance tools, equipment, and work areas.
Follow all company safety procedures, permit systems, and industrial safety standards.
Work closely with production personnel to maintain smooth and uninterrupted plant operations.
