Join our growing team specializing in signage fabrication, installation, and maintenance projects across Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities | ප්‍රධාන වගකීම්

• Perform welding, fabrication, and assembly of metal structures used in signage, branding, and advertising projects.

• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.

• Carry out MIG, TIG, Arc, and other welding processes as required.

• Fabricate sign frames, support structures, mounting brackets, and custom metal components.

• Ensure all welding work meets quality, safety, and project requirements.

• Assist installation teams with the erection and fitting of signage structures on-site.

• Inspect completed work for dimensional accuracy, strength, and finish quality.

• Maintain welding equipment, tools, and work areas in safe and operational condition.

Requirements | සුදුසුකම්

• NVQ, Technical College qualification, or equivalent certification in Welding, Metal Fabrication, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Welder or Fabricator.

• Ability to read and work from technical and fabrication drawings.

• Experience with mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and related fabrication materials.

• Familiarity with welding safety procedures and the proper use of PPE.

• Ability to work at heights and travel for island-wide installation projects.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Valid riding or driving license will be an added advantage.
