Warehouse Supervisor
We are a leading importer and distributor of genuine spare parts based in Colombo 10. We’re looking for Warehouse Supervisor to expand our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise the receiving, storing, and dispatching of spare parts and machinery.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to ensure zero discrepancies.
Manage and monitor warehouse staff to ensure efficiency, discipline, and productivity.
Ensure proper organization, labeling, and safe handling of all spare parts and equipment.
Coordinate with sales and purchasing teams to maintain stock availability and timely order fulfillment.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management (preferably in spare parts or machinery industry).
Strong knowledge of stock control systems, inventory audits, and warehouse operations.
Leadership ability to supervise and manage warehouse staff effectively.
Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
