Villa All-Rounder – F&B, Housekeeping & Operations
Boutique 9-room villa set in tropical gardens in Peradeniya, minutes from the Royal Botanic Gardens. We host international guests from around the world. We're opening a new restaurant soon — an exciting time to join.
We're looking for a reliable, English-speaking all-rounder to join our small team. Hands-on role — no two days are the same.
What you'll do:
- Morning F&B service – prepare and serve breakfast, set up/clear dining area, take guest orders, beverage service (tea, coffee, juices). Support the new restaurant as it launches.
- Housekeeping – clean and prepare guest rooms to boutique standards, linen/towel changes, maintain common areas, pool area, garden café.
- Restock supplies and amenities.
- General operations – garden tidying, pool maintenance, assist with guest check-in/out, run errands, support management. Small team where everyone helps each other.
What we're looking for:
- Good conversational English (you'll speak with international guests daily)
- Hospitality experience (hotel, villa, guesthouse, or restaurant)
- Comfortable doing both F&B service and housekeeping
- Overseas hospitality experience is a strong plus
- Positive attitude, reliable, takes initiative
- Takes pride in presentation — clean rooms, well-served food, tidy spaces
- Available for morning shifts (breakfast from 7:00–7:30 AM)
