📍 Location: Galle

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in motor insurance underwriting or a similar role

Sound knowledge of motor insurance products, policies, and underwriting principles

Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office and email correspondence

Evaluate and assess motor insurance proposals and claims for acceptance

Analyze risks and determine appropriate coverage, terms, and conditions

Review and verify policy documents, reports, and supporting information

Liaise with insurance companies, brokers, customers, and internal teams

Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, authority limits, and regulatory requirements

Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates

Support in developing underwriting strategies and improving processes
