About the Role
We are offering an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to join our UK Payroll delivery team as a Trainee/Intern. This role is ideal for someone pursuing further studies who is eager to build a career in UK payroll. You will receive structured, hands-on training covering the full UK payroll lifecycle, working closely with experienced payroll professionals from day one.
📌 UK Payroll Trainee / Intern
- Requirements:
- Pursuing higher studies in Accounting/Finance/Business
- No prior UK payroll experience required - full training provided
- Strong numerical ability & attention to detail
- Excellent English communication & MS Excel skills
- Positive attitude & eagerness to learn
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in structured UK payroll training - PAYE, NI & pensions; Assist with payroll data entry, reconciliations & admin tasks
- Support RTI (FPS/EPS) HMRC reporting under supervision
- Engage in practical payroll simulation exercises
- Follow strict data protection & compliance standards
🕒 Working Time: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Sri Lanka Time, UK-aligned)
