mySky Travels is a growing travel agency based in Negombo, Sri Lanka, with an international branch in Dubai. Our small, dedicated team specializes in air ticketing, visa services, and customized tour packages. As we expand across the travel industry, we are looking for a driven Travel Assistant to join us in our Negombo office.
Key Responsibilities
*Assist customers with ticket and visa inquiries promptly and professionally.
*Handle accurate data entry and update records within our CRM software.
*Support visa processing and ticketing operations.
*Assist with urgent visa inquiries or ticket bookings after regular hours when needed (training will be provided).
Requirements & Qualifications
*Open to both male and female candidates.
*Conversational skills in English preferred.
*Strong customer service and overall communication abilities.
*Good data entry skills with high attention to detail.
*Basic proficiency in computer applications, including MS Excel and MS Word.
*Prior experience in flight ticket bookings is an added advantage.
Work Hours & Location
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Location: Negombo City Center
