💼 POSITION: Training Manager
💠 Key Responsibilities:
【~】✪ Design, develop, and implement training programs for outlet and head office staff
【~】✪ Conduct onboarding and continuous training sessions for new and existing employees
【~】✪ Evaluate training effectiveness and improve learning strategies
【~】✪ Ensure all staff are trained on SOPs, service standards, and company policies
【~】✪ Work closely with Operations and HR teams to identify training needs
【~】✪ Develop training materials, manuals, and performance guidelines
【~】✪ Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and development support
【~】✪ Ensure consistency in service quality and operational standards across all outlets
💠 Requirements:
【~】✪ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Training & Development (F&B / QSR industry preferred)
【~】✪ Strong presentation, communication, and coaching skills
【~】✪ Ability to train and manage employees at all levels
【~】✪ Good organizational and planning skills
【~】✪ Qualification in HR / Hospitality / Business Management is an advantage
