Key Responsibilities
assist in installing and Configuring, computer hardware and software
Support troubleshooting of desktops , laptops , printers & networks devices .
Maintain system performance and IT equipment
Assist in ERP system and email configuration
Provide technical support to staff
Requirement
Certificate / Diploma in IT Networking , or Computer hardware knowledge of networking & Hardware
Familiar with MS office and email system
