We are currently seeking a competent, self-motivated, and dynamic individual to join our team as a Trainee Customer Care Officer.
👤 The Ideal Candidate
Pleasing personality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach
Strong customer service orientation and ability to understand evolving customer needs
Ability to work with minimal supervision on shift-based rosters
💼 Key Responsibilities
Handle customer requirements via inbound and outbound calls
Follow up on customer requests and provide timely feedback
🎓 Qualifications
Passed GCE O/L and completed GCE A/L
Strong numerical skills and computer literacy
Ability to communicate in English and Sinhala/Tamil
Prior experience in healthcare operations will be an added advantage
Age below 30 years
💰 Remuneration
The selected candidate will receive a salary package in line with industry standards, based on experience and qualifications.
