Prior experience in bakery or cooking is an added advantage
Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Willingness to learn and follow recipes

Assist in preparing and baking bun products
Follow recipes and production standards
Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety
Handle ingredients and stock
Support kitchen operations as required
Ensure quality and consistency of products

Full-time Trainee position
Location: Nugegoda
Working Hours: 12 Hours (Shift basis)
Leave: 06 Off days per month
