### Requirements
* Must have completed a course related to *Cookery or Culinary Arts*.
* *No previous experience is required.*
* Should reside in or near *Malabe*.
* Must be well-groomed, presentable, and professional in appearance.
* Passionate about cooking and eager to learn new skills.
* Positive attitude with good communication and teamwork skills.
### Working Details
* *Position:* Trainee Chef
* *Work location:* Jolly Jungle Cafe, Malabe
* *Working days:* 5½ days per week
* *Weekly off:* 1½ days off during weekdays
* *Saturday and Sunday attendance is mandatory.*
* *Working hours:* 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
* Overtime (OT) will be provided as required.
### Responsibilities
* Assist in food preparation and cooking according to Jolly Jungle Cafe standards.
* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
* Support daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
* Learn and follow proper food preparation, storage, and quality control procedures.
* Assist with kitchen organization and stock management.
* Maintain professional customer service standards when interacting with customers.
* Support the development and preparation of new dishes.
