• Handle inbound and follow-up calls to sell air tickets
• Maintain professional and engaging conversations with potential customers
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience in tele sales
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Strong background in target-driven, incentive-based roles
• A self-motivated team player with a proven track record in sales

Candidate Requirements
1. Candidate should be fluent in both English and Sinhala
2. This position requires working 6 days a week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
3. Able to work on roster basis
4. Should be comfortable working early morning shifts (starting as early as 4.00 AM Sri Lanka time) (4.00 am to 1.00pm)
Other shifts
• 6.00am - 3.00pm
• 7.00 am -4.00pm
• 8.00 am -5.00pm
• 8.30 am - 5.30pm
5. Should have minimum 1 year experience in tele sales
6. Candidate should be able to start work with us soon.
7. Ability to work under pressure
8. Should have experience in working target driven environment
Early morning shift allowance - 1500
