📢 VACANCY – SALES EXECUTIVE (CALL ORDERS) – FEMALE

We are looking for confident and motivated female Sales Executives to handle call-based order processing and customer follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers to take and confirm orders

Follow up with existing customers for repeat sales

Explain products, prices, and ongoing offers clearly

Record customer orders accurately and forward to the relevant team

Maintain customer details and order records

Coordinate with the warehouse/dispatch team to ensure timely delivery

Handle basic customer inquiries professionally over the phone

Requirements:

Female candidates only

Good communication skills (Tamil/Sinhala preferred)

Ability to speak confidently over the phone

Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, order systems)

Prior sales or call-centre experience will be an added advantage

Target-oriented and customer-friendly attitude

Location: Colombo-11, Pettah

Working Hours: 9.30AM-6.30PM

Salary: Basic + commission (based on performance)
