Technical Officer
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate civil construction projects to ensure timely completion, required quality standards, and cost control.
Monitor site progress, workmanship, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Take site measurements and prepare quantity calculations for billing and material planning.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to resolve site issues.
Maintain site records, reports, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and safety standards.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
NCT (Civil), NVQ Level 5 or above in Civil Engineering Technology, HND in Civil Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in civil construction, project supervision, or building maintenance.
Ability to read construction drawings and prepare measurements.
Knowledge of MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage.
