01 Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Building Services, or a related technical field.
02 Minimum 2–5 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role.
03 Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
04 Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
05 Good communication and teamwork abilities.
06 Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
07 Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
08 A valid driving license is an advantage.
