Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage and guide our operational team in the forex trading industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to maintain team performance and productivity. Hindi speaking candidates will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the team to achieve company targets and daily operational goals.
• Monitor employee performance and provide guidance, training, and support when required.
• Ensure smooth coordination between management and team members.
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and workflow within the department.
• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for management review.
• Assist in resolving employee concerns and operational issues effectively.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees when needed.
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are properly followed.
• Coordinate with management regarding productivity improvements and team development.
Requirements
• Previous experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory role will be preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle and manage a team efficiently.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Hindi speaking ability will be considered an added advantage.
• Experience in forex trading or financial-related industry will be an advantage.
