We are looking for an experienced and responsible Supervisor to join our team at Art Factory, a full-service advertising and branding company.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the advertising industry, especially in digital printing, signage, and branding production, and be capable of managing daily operations efficiently.
Responsibilities:
♦ Supervise daily production activities (digital printing, CNC, laser cutting, installations, etc.)
♦ Manage and coordinate with the production team
♦ Ensure work is completed on time with high quality standards
♦ Handle client requirements and provide practical solutions
♦ Monitor machine usage and maintenance
♦ Oversee installation projects when required
♦ Maintain workflow and ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
♦ Previous experience in advertising / printing / signage industry (very important)
♦ Good knowledge of digital printing processes and materials
♦ Strong leadership and team management skills
♦ Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
♦ Basic technical understanding of machines and production work
♦ Good communication skills
Additional advantages:
