We are a leading company providing vehicle services to all kinds of vehicle repairs in Biyagama. We are looking for an energetic candidate for the post of Body Shop Supervisor.
💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
【~】✪ 05+ years of equivalent training and/or educational experience.
【~】✪ Minimum 05 years of experience handling body shop workshops, Collision Repair management & Insurance Automotive Claims management.
【~】✪ Familiarity with all body shop equipment.
【~】✪ Sound knowledge of paints & painting ingredients.
【~】✪ Ability of Color Mixing would be an advantage.
【~】✪ Sound knowledge of Mechanical Field.
【~】✪ Excellent management, interpersonal, planning, leadership and communication skills.
【~】✪ Need to have a proper understanding of vehicle spare parts.
【~】✪ Proficient in managing in both English and Sinhala.
【~】✪ Sound knowledge of MS Office Package.
【~】✪ Age 30 – 45

【~】✪ Able to work under pressure & make correct & quick decisions.
