Job Responsibilities
Conduct quality inspections on tractors, agricultural machinery, and spare parts to ensure company standards are met
Identify mechanical defects and report quality-related issues
Assist in testing new agricultural machinery and equipment before market release
Monitor machine performance and collect customer/field feedback for product improvements
Support troubleshooting and technical evaluations of machinery issues
Maintain records of inspections, testing results, and product performance reports
Work closely with technical and service teams to improve equipment reliability
Ensure products meet safety and operational standards
Requirements
NVQ Level 4/5 / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Agricultural Machinery, or related technical field
Knowledge of tractors, engines, hydraulics, and agricultural equipment will be an added advantage
2–5 years of experience in machinery quality control, technical testing, repairs, or agricultural equipment-related roles preferred
