We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Supermarket Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a growing supermarket.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a supermarket manager or in a similar managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, purchasing, and stock control.
Ability to manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets.
Experience in handling cash, preparing reports, and overseeing daily supermarket operations.
Honest, responsible, and able to work independently.
Computer literacy is an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the supermarket.
Supervise and motivate staff.
Manage inventory, purchasing, and stock levels.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain store standards.
Monitor sales performance and control operational costs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
