Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with prospective students and guide them to available academic programs.
2. Handle student inquiries.
3. Support student recruitment and admissions processes.
4. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.5. Maintain
5. Accurate records of student interactions and applications.
6. Ongoing support to students throughout their learning journey.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with students.
Qualifications & Experience:
1.Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
2.1–3 years' experience in student counselling (education sector preferred).
3. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
4. Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
