Sign-Tech Advertising Services (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a responsible, organized, and dedicated Stores Assistant to join our team in Gothatuwa, Colombo.
### 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 | ප්රධාන වගකීම්
* Receive and inspect incoming materials, tools, equipment, and supplies, and accurately record any shortages, damages, or re-order requirements.
* Issue materials and equipment to Production, Fabrication, and Installation teams while maintaining accurate records.
* Conduct regular stock counts and assist with Inventory Audits.
* Prepare and maintain Material Issue Notes, Goods Received Notes (GRNs), and other store-related documents.
* Maintain cleanliness, proper organization, and safety standards within the store area.
* Ensure efficient stock handling and proper documentation of all store activities.
### 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 | සුදුසුකම්
* G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification.
* Previous experience in stores, stock control, warehouse, logistics, or a related field will be an added advantage.
* Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
* Good organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records.
* Responsible, reliable, and capable of working efficiently as part of a team.
