Position: Store Manager – Cremalato Gelato & Popsicles
Location: Cremalato - Havelock Town
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Required: 2+ years in retail or food & beverage management preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations ensuring high standards of hygiene, product quality, and customer service
Manage and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer experiences in line with the Cremalato brand
Handle inventory, ordering, and stock management for gelato, popsicles, and store supplies
Implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to boost footfall and revenue
Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and store targets
Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the store ambiance reflects our premium, playful vibe
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing a retail or F&B outlet
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Passion for customer service and team development
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach
Knowledge of gelato or dessert retailing is a plus, but not mandatory
Tech-savvy – comfortable using POS systems and basic reporting tools
