💼 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 :
Storekeeper
📌 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
🔹 Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Storekeeper in a hotel or restaurant
🔹 Sound knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP standards
🔹 Computer literacy with Microsoft Excel and basic inventory/stock management software
🔹 Strong organizational, record-keeping, and multitasking skills
🔹 Honest, responsible, punctual, and able to work under pressure
🛠️ 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
🔸 Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods (dry, chilled, and frozen)
🔸 Maintain accurate inventory records and daily stock logs
🔸 Conduct regular stock counts and report inventory variances
🔸 Ensure FIFO procedures, hygiene, and food safety standards are consistently followed
🔸 Coordinate with the Purchasing and Kitchen teams for requisitions and stock replenishment
🔸 Monitor expiry dates and report slow-moving or expired items
