Store Keeper
🧾 Key Responsibilities
📦 Handle receiving, storing, and issuing of raw materials and supplies
📊 Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
📝 Update stock movements using inventory control systems
🔍 Monitor stock usage and minimize wastage
🧹 Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, and organization of the store
🤝 Coordinate with kitchen and management for stock requirements
✅ Requirements
🍽️ Experience in the food industry is a must
🏨 Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or similar role is required
📦 Hands-on experience in raw material handling is essential
📊 Knowledge of inventory control systems is a must
🔍 Strong attention to detail and accuracy
⏰ Ability to manage stock efficiently under pressure

🧼 Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
📋 Experience in stock auditing and reporting
