We are seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented Stock Control Manager with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience to lead our inventory operations and ensure flawless asset management.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Leadership: Oversee multi-branch stock levels (high-value gem testers, precision scales, optical tools) to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
Rigorous Auditing: Establish systematic, regular physical cycle counts and reconcile physical stock with system data to maintain 100% accuracy.
Loss Prevention: Implement strict control measures for high-value, sensitive gemological equipment and accessories.
Team Management: Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse and stockroom staff across our locations.
Coordination: Coordinate with mamangement regarding delivery timelines, quality checks, and order discrepancies.
Data-Driven Reporting: Maintain the inventory management system, analyze turnover metrics, and present weekly stock health reports to top management.
Requirements & SkillsExperience:
years of proven experience as a Stock Controller, Inventory Manager, or Stores Manager (Experience handling technical equipment or high-value items is a distinct advantage).
Education: Degree or Professional Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Exceptional proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
Soft Skills: Strong numerical accuracy, excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
