• Make customers feel welcome and guide them to their tables.
• Listen to customer orders, ensure accuracy, and communicate any special requests to the kitchen or bar staff.
• Deliver orders to the table, ensuring the presentation and temperature of the food are correct.
• Set up and clear tables in a timely and organized manner and ensure dining area is clean, tidy, and ready for the next customers.
• Follow hygiene and safety guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬
• Previous experience in F&B service is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Must able to speak and understand both English and Sinhala.
