🔹 Responsibilities
• Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
• Ensure hygiene, health, and safety standards are followed
• Assist with inventory control and food cost management
• Support menu development and kitchen setup for opening

🔹 Requirements
• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good knowledge of food safety standards
• Trainee opportunities are also available
