Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
Design eye-catching graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
Manage and grow our social media communities.
Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Create short-form video content and promotional reels.
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with recommendations.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to promote products, services, and special offers.
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Requirements
Proven experience in social media marketing and digital content creation.
Strong knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business.
Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent.
Excellent written and spoken English (Sinhala and Tamil will be an added advantage).
Creative mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of paid social media advertising is an added advantage.
