Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow all social media platforms.
• Develop creative content strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
• Create, plan, and publish high-quality content including photos, videos, and stories.
• Respond to customer inquiries, messages, and comments on all social channels.
• Plan and execute social campaigns, giveaways, and influencer collaborations.
• Monitor trends, competitor activity, and market insights to keep the brand relevant.
• Track performance analytics and prepare monthly reports.
• Work with the design, marketing, and operations teams on promotions and product launches.
Requirements:
• Prior experience managing social media. (3-4 Years)
• Skilled in content creation, photography, videography, and basic editing tools.
• Strong understanding of trends and short-form video content.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools and strategies.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
