The Role
We are looking for a creative and results-driven individual to take full ownership of our brand’s digital presence. You will be responsible for turning our technical products into engaging content that builds trust and drives sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality videos and photos for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. (Think: "5 ways to secure your home" or "Unboxing the latest 4K camera").
• Brand Management: Ensure a consistent "look and feel" across all platforms to establish us as the go-to experts in electronics.
• Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to convert followers into customers.
• Ad Management: Run basic Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns to promote special offers or new arrivals.
• Trend Spotting: Keep up with the latest tech trends and viral sounds to keep our brand relevant.
Requirements
• Proven experience managing social media business pages.
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Reels, etc.) and basic graphic design.
• Ability to translate technical specs (like megapixels or DVR channels) into easy-to-understand customer benefits.
• Proactive, creative, and organized.
